We created the GIANT SKEIN

to give you the opportunity

to knit a very unique project with

12 different types of yarn

hand painted the same colorway

and the same gauge

The GIANT SKEIN contains 12 separate

small skeins, individually tied so that you can easily wind them into 12 balls.

The Giant Skeins have a larger circumference, approx. 87 inches. This prevents our hand painted yarn from "pooling", "zigzagging"

or other "self designing".

You will need a skein winder that is (100") or just two chairs back to back to wind your 12 balls.

The superior quality from all the yarns combined into our GIANT SKEIN will give you endless possibilities for other projects.

 

We are offering the GIANT SKEINS

in three weights:

SPORTS  WEIGHT

Double Knit (DK) - WEIGHT

WORSTED WEIGHT

 The  10 or 16 oz GIANT SKEIN

provides you with the right amount of yarn to knit a scarf, shawl, vest, top or a project of your choice.

For a Sweater, Cardigan  or an Afghan you will need

the  20, 24, 26 or 32 oz

GIANT SKEIN.

A growing variety of pieces are designed from our Giant Skeins.
